This image was produced using data from the United States Geological Survey (USGS), which has a detailed collection of geological data. It even has a handy search feature! Bryce 4.0 can import terrain of the Digial Elevation Model (DEM) type. These files are rather large (the one here was 9 meg) but it's well worth it!
