Lesson 7
Ba, Bi, Bu, Be, Bo, Pa, Pi, Pu, Pe, Po

Lesson 7 introduces you to the second and final group of secondary katakana characters, B + vowels and P + vowels. These are the same characters as H + vowels, though they also contain two different diacritical marks, designated by the double quote mark(") and the degree symbol (°) respectively. The diacritical marks are present to denote two variations of sound for the single original character. Take some time to try and remember the characters and their shape. Draw them a few times to help reenforce their shapes in your mind. At the moment, stroke order isn't important.
