BBEdit 6.1 from BareBones Software Probably one of my most widely used tools. This is the way HTML was meant to be edited. WYSIWYG is nice, but its not the same as editing the raw code. The features I use most often with BBEdit is the "Check Syntax" function. This allows a quick look at the validity of the document based on the Doctype. |

Photoshop 6.0 from Adobe There are so many things that can be said about Photoshop. It is one of the single most powerful image editing applicaitons in existance. With the advent of Photoshop 5.5, web designing has never been the same. I can quickly generate or update images for the web. |

GoLive 5.0 from Adobe GoLive has come a long way in the past few years. While it was already a feature rich WYSIWYG editor, Adobe has added more power to it with each release (and they've taken out or modified some of the less useful features as well). |

Bryce 4.0 from Corel Bryce is probably one of the best terrain generating/3-D engines in production. It is feature rich and has few, if any flaws. It's interface is both easy to use and powerful. |

Debabilizer 3.0 from Equilibrium This application is excellent at reducing the palette for web images. I used this application almost exclusively to reduce the sizes of my web images prior to the release of Photoshop 5.5. |
